Booking System

How to Book our Rooms

1. Ensure you have read our Terms and Conditions before booking
2. Click on the "Go to Booking" button to access the calendar
3. Press the “+” symbol at the top of the day you wish to book
4. Create your account by filling in the sign-up form. Remember, you will use this account to make any changes and to book any future dates
5. Fill out the booking form and include as much detail as possible
6. Press “Save and Send Booking Email” to request your booking
7. You will receive an email informing you that your booking has been received
8. Wait for an email reply from one of our team which will tell you that your booking has been accepted or not
9. If you have any issues with booking, please contact us directly through the details below

Please note that Norton Village Hall is run entirely by volunteers

Hiring Charges

The below facilities are available for hire 7 days a week from 08.00 through to 21.30.

The current charges per hour are

Main Hall
from 08.00 to 18.00 £15.00
from 18.00 to 21.30 £20.00

Committee Room £10.25

Kitchen  £5.00

Changing Rooms £15.00
 

Please note, preferential rates are given to Norton residents and those wishing to book the whole venue for multi days. Please contact the Booking Secretary for further details.
